Cut chicken thighs into 25g pieces and soak them in milk for 20 minutes to 2 hours.
Put the chicken thighs soaked in milk into a strainer and drain.
Wipe off the moisture from chicken thighs with kitchen paper and cover the chicken with cornflour.
Put oil in the frying pan and heat it up. Fry chicken at 180 degrees for 3 minutes and take it out.(If the chicken is whitish at this point, add 1 more minute)
Let the chicken rest on a mesh tray for 5 minutes and fry it for another 2 minutes at 190 degrees.
How to make sauce
Crush walnuts into small pieces.
Put all the sauce ingredients except walnuts in the pot and boil it down a little.
Lastly, add walnuts to the sauce. (Keep a few walnuts for topping.

Put fried chicken thighs in the sauce.
Arrange it on a plate and sprinkle it up with walnuts. Enjoy!
