Prawn and Broccoli Cheese Bake

This cheese bake is very easy and quick, so anyone can make this, including those who have lots to do or those of you who have not enough time. You can make this WITHOUT white sauce; you only just need raw prawn, boiled broccoli, mayonnaise and milk.

This dish is so easy that I have nothing else to say! I encourage you to just start making it!

Prawn and Broccoli Cheese Bake

  • 100 g Prawn
  • 1/2 Broccoli


  • 6 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp Milk
  • ½ tsp Mustard
  • 100 g Cheese (ementarl, chedder)
  • 1 pinch Salt & Pepper


  • Cut the big prawn in half
  • Put mayonnaise, milk, mustard, salt and pepper in a jam jar. Close the lid and shake it.
  • Place the broccoli and the prawn into an ovensafe dish.
  • Pour the mayonnaise sauce on it.
  • Sprinkle the cheese on top.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake for 20 minutes.


When you mix mayonnaise and milk, jam jar is comvenient for you.

About cheese

Use your favourite cheese. My favourite cheese are the cheddar and mozzarella, sometimes use Emmental cheese too. It is better to mix several cheeses!

About sauce

When you make mayonnaise sauce, it is easy to use a jam jar. Close lid, shake it and mix well. You can make sauce without whisk.
